Catgeory of errors

Critical

A critical incident refers to a condition where a part or the whole application is unavailable and there is no alternative way to circumvent the application functionality unavailable in any other way.

High

We understand the condition where part of the functionality of applications with direct potential or real impact on the business of the client is not available, but there are workarounds missing functionality usually associated with an increased expenditure of effort on the part of the customer.

Medium

We understand the state that does not have a significant impact on potential or real business processes of the customer. Availability uncritical features may be limited, or is the availability of replacement in a way that does not involve the client in each case, substantial spending increased exertion, but is contrary to the original functionality of application.

Low

We understand the state of the application, which has the character of cosmetic defects in the application, manifesting themselves as the presentation layer applications.
